60-Day Return Eligibility

FurClearPro supports a 60-day return and refund service for all eligible pet product orders. Customers may apply for a return request within 60 calendar days from the date of order delivery if the product has quality problems, does not match the description, or fails to meet normal usage expectations.

Return Conditions

All returned products must be kept in unused, unopened, intact original condition with original packaging, labels and accessories complete. Products damaged due to personal use, man-made damage, missing accessories or expired use are not eligible for free return and refund services.

Return Process

Customers shall initiate a return application via contacting our official customer support team. Please provide your valid order number, product photos and relevant return reasons for verification. After our team reviews and approves the return request, customers will receive official return operation guidelines and return shipping instructions.

Refund Arrangement

Once we receive and verify the returned goods in compliance with return regulations, we will initiate the refund process within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account used for order settlement. The arrival time of the refund shall be subject to the processing rules of the customer’s financial institution or payment platform.

Special Explanations

For international orders (if applicable), customers shall bear all customs duties, import taxes and return shipping fees incurred during return and exchange procedures. FurClearPro will not be responsible for any additional fees generated by customs clearance and logistics transportation.
